As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are seeking an individual to join our organization as a HR Operations Coordinator supporting the Aspen Dental brand. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support our Senior Vice President and the senior HR team. This role goes beyond traditional support—serving as a critical partner in developing executive-ready presentations, analyzing workforce data, and enabling strategic decision-making . This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and business strategy , with a strong ability to translate insights into compelling narratives for senior leaders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Analytics, Communications, or related field preferred
3–6+ years of experience in HR, business operations, consulting, or administrative roles with strategic exposure
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (required) and strong working knowledge of Excel
Demonstrated ability to work with data and translate it into insights and presentations
Strong attention to detail with a high bar for quality and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

Build high-quality, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for HR and business leadership
Translate complex data and concepts into clear, visually compelling storytelling
Ensure consistency with organizational branding and messaging
Support preparation for leadership meetings, board discussions, and strategic offsites
Gather, analyze, and synthesize HR and business data (e.g., headcount, turnover, performance, talent metrics)
Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to inform decision-making
Partner with the HR Field team and COEs to validate and interpret data
Assist in creating materials tied to Leadership Scorecards, KPIs, and P&L impact
Coordinate inputs across HR functions (HRBPs, COEs, Shared Services) to ensure alignment
Help document current-state processes and identify gaps or improvement opportunities
Provide administrative and project support for key HR initiatives and transformation efforts
Track deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups across stakeholders
Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and executive communications
