The HR Operations Analyst provides essential support across core HR functions, including data entry, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee services. Working closely with HR team members, this role helps maintain system accuracy, uphold compliance standards, and assist with process improvements to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization. Requirements

  • 6 months – 3 years of professional experience in HR operations, finance, or related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing employee data and payroll-related tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with skills in managing spreadsheets and performing data analysis using formulas and pivot tables.
  • Adaptable and proactive in identifying and resolving efficiencies within set processes
  • Clear and professional communication, especially in employee support
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet service-level deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global HR colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services across regions
  • Maintain accurate employee data and records to support the full employee life cycle
  • Monitor and assist with HR operational workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements
  • Provide administrative support such as managing invoices, procurement needs, scheduling, and updating employee information in Workday
  • Perform payroll-related data tasks with precision to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism, meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Generate ad hoc reports and fulfill census data requests for compliance and planning purposes
  • Payroll support tasks
