About The Position

Home Franchise Concepts is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to support operational execution, associate support, and process coordination within its growing HR function. This is an early-career HR operations role designed for someone looking to broaden their experience across multiple areas of HR while developing strong organizational, systems, and operational support capabilities. The role will support day-to-day HR operations, associate lifecycle processes, reporting coordination, HR systems administration, and operational follow-through across the HR team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and motivated to grow professionally while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities within a fast-paced and evolving environment. This position is intended to begin as a contract-to-hire opportunity through one of our staffing partners, with the goal of transitioning the selected candidate to a regular full-time employee following a successful onboarding and evaluation period. While conversion timing may vary based on business needs and individual performance, our anticipated timeline for consideration of full-time employment is approximately 90–120 days. Candidates should be interested in a long-term opportunity and excited to grow within the organization following successful completion of the initial contract period.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of progressive HR operations, HR coordination, benefits, recruiting coordination, payroll support, or related experience preferred
  • Prior exposure across multiple HR operational areas strongly preferred, including onboarding, HR systems, benefits, reporting, leave coordination, payroll support, or employee support processes
  • Exposure to HR systems or HRIS platforms required; UKG experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting operational processes, reporting, workflow coordination, or shared services activities preferred
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment preferred
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Customer-service oriented and approachable in supporting associates and managers
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and processes
  • Collaborative, professional, and dependable in day-to-day execution
  • Interested in building broader HR operations experience and long-term career growth

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding, job changes, and termination workflows within HR systems
  • Coordinate new hire orientation activities and onboarding support
  • Serve as first-line support for HR inbox inquiries and associate questions
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and leave-related inquiries with internal and external partners
  • Escalate sensitive or complex matters appropriately
  • Run recurring HR reports and support reporting distribution processes
  • Support HR systems administration and workflow coordination activities
  • Maintain accuracy of employee data and operational tracking tools
  • Assist with HR communications, training acknowledgements, and documentation support
  • Support process consistency and operational follow-through across the HR function
  • Support HR team events, engagement activities, and organizational coordination efforts
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow organization and operational efficiency
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and accountability across assigned responsibilities
  • Contribute positively to team collaboration and associate experience
