About The Position

Restore ABA & Speech Therapy is seeking an organized, professional, and detail-oriented HR & Onboarding Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, employee setup, and credentialing operations across our Cypress and Humble locations. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and supporting a positive team culture, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Comfortable with technology and systems
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

• HR, recruiting, onboarding, or healthcare admin experience preferred
• Experience with credentialing is a plus
• ABA or healthcare experience preferred
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Post and manage jobs on CareerPlug
• Follow up with candidates via phone and email
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate onboarding process for new hires
• Ensure all hiring documents are completed
• Maintain employee records and HR files
• Add employee information into ADP payroll system
• Send background check links to candidates
• Grant access to: Microsoft Teams, CentralReach, Company systems and email
• Send welcome emails with login credentials
• Coordinate employee start dates with managers
• Schedule first-day onboarding calls
• Ensure employees can successfully log in and access systems
• Provide onboarding and technical support to new hires
• Deactivate system access for terminated or inactive employees
• Maintain employee access tracking and compliance
• Submit and track provider credentialing applications
• Follow up on credentialing requirements and revalidations
• Assist with provider onboarding documentation and payer requests
• Support administrative and operational tasks as needed
