About The Position

The HR/Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both human resources functions and office administration within the organization. This position is responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, while also overseeing day-to-day office management tasks such as facilities coordination and vendor management. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development initiatives. Additionally, this role requires maintaining accurate HR records, managing payroll processes, and implementing policies that align with organizational goals. Ultimately, the HR/Office Manager contributes to creating an organized, compliant, and engaging work environment that supports overall business success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or office management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with ADP, Toast and R365
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
  • Experience with payroll software and benefits administration platforms.
  • Background in managing office facilities and vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Bilingual; English/ Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, and maintain accurate personnel records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management support.
  • Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and promote best practices.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics and office management activities to senior leadership.
