Responsibilities

  • Greet coworkers, vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors.
  • Operate company switchboard to route incoming calls and assist callers.
  • Provide assistance and support to employees as necessary.
  • Administratively support the Human Resources and Safety Departments.
  • Answer main phone.
  • Maintain Petty Cash.
  • Direct employees to appropriate HR staff for assistance with questions, forms, information, etc.
  • Open and distribute incoming mail to department personnel. Route outgoing mail.
  • Scan invoices to Accounts Payable for approval.
  • Scan RMA copies to appropriate personnel.
  • Create onboarding folders.
  • Update and maintain postings on the Portal dashboard and bulletin boards.
  • Maintain pre-employment packets and new hire packets.
  • Handle inventory and supplies of office supplies; reordering and fulfilling equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and perform administrative and clerical duties for the Manager of Human Resources.
  • Assist with the daily support of the Human Resources Department, including letters, labels, and violations.
