Supports a people-first culture by providing responsive service and clear communication, recognizing that the success of the company is built on strong relationships with both customers and team members. Greet coworkers, vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. Operate company switchboard to route incoming calls and assist callers. Provide assistance and support to employees as necessary. Administratively support the Human Resources and Safety Departments. This position will have regular access to sensitive information and must therefore be able to demonstrate professional discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
