About The Position
We are currently recruiting for a full time HR Manager role on behalf of our client. This is a full-time role with a salary range of 80-90K DOE. Our client is growing, and this is a good time to help carve out strategic initiatives. The ideal candidates will have some or most of the qualifications listed below. Requirements
- 3–7 years of HR Operations & Compliance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HR reporting and analytics
- Experience with Employee Relations and Culture
- Skilled in Performance Management and Workforce Development
- Experience leading and or with apprenticeship programs strongly preferred
- Strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition
