About The Position

Fast-growing company in Northern California is looking for an experienced HR Manager! Our company, established in 2016, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and direct all HR team members for our Northern California office locations! We are a company that provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities residing in various locations of Northern California. We currently have several offices located throughout different areas of Northern California, including Sacramento, San Jose, Ukiah, and a few others cities where our administrative duties are carried out. Our company continues to expand into different areas, and we are seeking a highly-qualified candidate to lead the growth in the HR department!

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of HR experience
  • Experience in directly supervising other HR employees
  • BA degree (relevant experience can be considered in place of education)
  • Strong leader with solid principle and a high level of work ethic
  • Observant and seeks out ways to improve the performance of the team and increase efficiency
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law regulations and other relevant Employment/Employer policies
  • Reliable and have a solid history of attendance
  • Enjoy occasional travel to other office locations
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Do not enjoy sitting still at a desk and working from home
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in the social services/healthcare industry
  • Bilingual candidates
