This role supports field operations (Branches/Hubs) by providing leaders and employees with programs that enhance performance, engagement, retention, and organizational health. The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to facility leadership, ensuring enterprise HR programs align with local operational needs and that updates across Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent & Succession Planning, Change Management, Labor Planning, and Organizational Development are consistently adopted. Key responsibilities include leading onboarding for critical roles, driving data-informed decisions, and ensuring clear guidance on policies and processes to elevate the overall employee experience across a multi-site, multi-state footprint.
