About The Position

As one of our Senior HR Managers, you’ll develop and implement the strategy for our Global Business Services and Investment Operations business groups by providing leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resources functions. Working closely with the senior leadership teams in your business groups, you’ll deliver strategic solutions and expertise in all aspects of Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Talent Development. You will play a critical role in consulting and coaching internal clients on people management, and succession planning, including headcount forecasting and workforce planning, based on organizational goals and objectives. You enjoy solving problems and proactively leverage data, information, and technology to inform talent decisions and strategy. You possess strong business acumen, which includes understanding the financial and fiscal drivers of an organization. You’re an accomplished leader who both inspires and challenges cross-functional partners to do their best work. You are aware of best practices and emerging trends in the talent and people arena. To thrive in this role, you’ve operated as a senior leader in Human Resources, having worked in high-growth, global environments. You are proactive in identifying and mitigating unconscious bias, demonstrating genuine self-awareness and a commitment to understanding your own blind spots. You dedicate time to learning from diverse perspectives and staying informed on inclusive leadership trends, best practices, and emerging insights. Requirements

  • Deep experience as a strategic partner to senior business leaders.
  • Experience with the design and delivery of solutions for business groups.
  • Experience providing coaching on the development of high-performing teams, building talent pipelines, and driving associate engagement.
  • Regularly analyze data and information to assess talent gaps and inform future direction.
  • Background supporting global business functions in a senior-level HR role, preferably in the financial services/asset management industry.
  • Expertise and passion for leadership, emerging talent, and business trends.
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environments where critical thinking and proactive teamwork are essential for success.
  • Approach rooted in empathy, lifelong learning, resilience, and relentless passion.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance HR effectiveness, improve decision-making, streamline processes, and enable more strategic, high-impact work across the organization while exercising sound judgment and maintaining a human-centered approach.
