Arrow Electronics is seeking a Manager, Incentive Compensation Systems to serve as the business owner and subject matter expert for our Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform, currently Oracle Incentive Compensation. This role is responsible for system administration, configuration, reporting, process improvement, and ongoing platform optimization. The position partners with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Sales leaders to support compensation processing, system enhancements, data integrations, reporting, and global deployment initiatives. This role translates business requirements into scalable system solutions, drives automation and continuous improvement efforts, and combines leadership responsibilities with active involvement in the day-to-day operation and evolution of Arrow's incentive compensation systems.
