About The Position

The HR Leave & Compliance Admin plays a key role in supporting critical HR functions, including employee leave administration, licensing, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of one-year HR experience
  • Experience with leave of administration
  • Multi-state experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially excel and Google Suites
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to be well organized
  • Consistently maintains a high level of detail
  • Ability to prioritize assignments

Responsibilities

  • Administer multi-state employee leave programs (WC, FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD), including documentation, case tracking, carrier coordination, and return-to-work processes
  • Administer insurance licensing and compliance, including applications, renewals, audits, and maintaining accurate HRIS records
  • Oversee employment compliance processes, including I-9/E-Verify, audits, EAD tracking, and support for international employees
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including communications, event planning, feedback analysis, and budget assistance
  • Provide backup support for payroll and benefits administration
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assistance becomes necessary
