This position serves as the primary point of contact for employees and supervisors regarding leave administration, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and related leave programs. Work involves reviewing leave requests, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, communicating with employees and supervisors, and supporting an employee-centered leave process while protecting organizational compliance and consistency.
