About The Position

This is a full-time position for an HR Kronos Specialist, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role involves performing daily audits, assisting with payroll, conducting internal training, and answering calls related to timekeeping and paid time off. The specialist will also be responsible for reporting for internal and external use, understanding company policies related to the timekeeping system, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be able to analyze data
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced work environment
