We are seeking volunteers to assist with our Hiring Pack, focusing on advertising volunteer roles, administrative tasks, and interviewing new volunteers. These roles are designed to be part-time, requiring approximately 5 hours per week. You can choose to focus on Hiring Admin, which involves managing job advertisements or candidate communications, or the Interviewer role, where you will conduct brief conversations with candidates to assess their fit with the Rescue culture and manage expectations. Training is provided for both positions. As a volunteer, you will be the first impression for potential volunteers and play a crucial role in ensuring a good fit for our organization.
