About The Position

Your role will be responsible for front of house operations; including: Front desk phone operations and guest management, clerical assistance, and basic in-house maintenance. You will also support business operations by fulfilling tasks such as data reconciliation, and filing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Positive and Effective Communication skills
  • Professional and Positive Demeanor
  • Must take responsibility and be reliable with Time Management
  • Integrity/Adaptability/Flexibility
  • Ethical Practice (Corporate Responsibility, Code of Conduct, Confidentiality)
  • PC literacy (MS Office & Excel, in particular) is required
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Professionally and cheerfully greet incoming and outgoing guests
  • Maintain the break room and the conference rooms, as well as do minor in-house clean up
  • Scan and file physical documents to preserve electronic documents
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Assist with staff meeting set up
  • Retrieve and distribute mail daily
  • Office liaison with the building management
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to operations
  • Basic office functions such as scanning & faxing
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Enter data to one localized source
