About The Position

As an HR Information System Analyst, you will enhance the Oracle HCM platform by leading configurations, implementations, and optimization initiatives. You will partner across HR, IT, and the business to use data, automation, and emerging technology to streamline and improve the employee lifecycle. The position is based in Columbus, Ohio, and requires working in the office three days a week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR, or Information Systems.
• Solid experience in system configuration and technical implementation.
• Advanced Excel and/or SQL skills.
• Confident communication, strong analytical skills, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive on innovation and solving complex HR challenges.

Nice To Haves

• Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Exposure to AI tools and change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain Oracle HCM modules, including documentation, data uploads using HDL/HSDL, testing, and user training.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades in partnership with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Drive digital transformation through innovative use of AI and emerging tools.
• Support integrations, reporting using FDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher, and analytics to uncover actionable insights.
