About The Position

The HR Information System Analyst will enhance the Oracle HCM platform by leading configurations, implementations, and optimization initiatives. The analyst will collaborate across HR, IT, and the business to use data, automation, and emerging technology to improve the employee lifecycle. The position is located in Columbus, Ohio, and requires working in the office three days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR, or Information Systems.
• Solid experience in system configuration and technical implementation.
• Advanced Excel and/or SQL skills.
• Confident communication skills, strong analytical skills, and project leadership skills.
• Self-starter who thrives on innovation and solving complex HR challenges.

Nice To Haves

• Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors experience is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to AI tools and change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain Oracle HCM modules, including documentation, data uploads using HDL/HSDL, testing, and user training.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades in partnership with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Drive digital transformation through innovative use of AI and emerging tools.
• Support integrations, reporting using FDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher, and analytics to uncover actionable insights.
