About The Position

The HR & HSE Specialist supports to align the FORVIA people strategy with the local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR & HSE expert and be the trusted go to partner for the FORVIA employees in your perimeter.

Requirements

  • BA / BSc HR, business administration or related
  • 2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role
  • Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
  • Solid knowledge of local HR legislation
  • Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in the local language and good English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills

Nice To Haves

  • MA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred
  • First experience with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities (job postings, coordination, offer letters)
  • Manage employee administration (records, HRIS updates, documentation)
  • Respond to employee inquiries (payroll, HR topics, policies)
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support benefits administration and HR programs
  • Contribute to training coordination and onboarding activities
  • Provide general HR support on employee relations topics
  • Support deployment of HSE programs and initiatives on site
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Assist with HSE reporting (incidents, near misses, audits)
  • Support safety communication and employee awareness
  • Coordinate with external providers (training, occupational health)
  • Contribute to emergency preparedness and safety processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HSE
