About The Position
The HSE Specialist is responsible for leading Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives that support safe and compliant operations across NOV's Artificial Lift business in the Permian/Delaware Basin. This role partners with field operations and leadership to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance, ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements, promote a proactive safety culture, and foster a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Requirements
- Experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) roles
- Knowledge of regulatory and company HSE requirements
- Ability to partner with field operations and leadership
