HSE Specialist
About The Position
We are seeking an HSE Specialist to join the HSE Support team at National Oilwell Varco, L.P. In this role, you will help maintain and strengthen our health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of our HSE management system. You will identify and mitigate workplace risks, promote a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards while partnering with employees and leadership to drive operational excellence. Requirements
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs
- Experience supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of an HSE management system
- Ability to identify and mitigate workplace risks
- Ability to promote a culture of safety
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and company standards
- Ability to partner with employees and leadership
