Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with payroll systems, Bamboo experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • Bamboo experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Partnering with leaders on recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and new hire integration.
  • Administering benefits, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and other employee programs.
  • Supporting payroll processes and ensuring the accuracy of employee records and HR systems.
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company culture activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Promote and support a culture of safety by assisting with workplace safety programs, maintaining OSHA and regulatory compliance records, coordinating safety training, and partnering with managers to address and prevent workplace hazards.
  • Foster a positive, engaged workplace culture by partnering with leaders and employees to promote collaboration, recognition, communication, employee well-being, and initiatives that strengthen team morale and organizational values.
