About The Position

The HR Generalist will provide administrative and operational support across a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a resource for both employees and leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Suite and Outlook Calendar is a plus
  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and internal events
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related support
  • Assist with administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation
