They are seeking an HR Generalist to work with Corporate HR and field locations on a wide range of HR needs. This position will help foster and further build a culture rooted in excellence, honesty, fairness, respect, and teamwork. The HR Generalist will help the HR team transform services by generating insights, identifying needs, and translating them into actionable practices. Working alongside other HR leaders and team members, this role will assist in developing and delivering solutions tied to organizational and department goals. This position will play a key role with HR compliance related to federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and identifying/updating policies, training, systems, and best practices. This position will also support performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
