The HR Generalist — Corporate Learning and Development is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Learning Management System and Corporate Learning and Development programs. This role provides dedicated support for LMS administration, course maintenance, instructional design, training records, learning analytics, leadership development tracking, training coordination, and enterprise learning governance. This position serves as a key resource for New Jersey division training coordinators and site training personnel in Texas and Baton Rouge. The role is responsible for helping ensure that learning assignments, training records, course content, completion tracking, and training reports are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business needs. The position also supports Corporate Human Resources by assisting with leadership development follow-up, manager enablement, compliance training administration, course updates, LMS troubleshooting, and instructional redesign of training materials. This role requires strong attention to detail, learning technology capability, instructional design awareness, HR process knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to support learning initiatives across multiple locations.
