Position Summary: The Human Resources Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, leave administration, employee relations, performance review management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. The HR Generalist works onsite at our corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Eugene, Oregon, typically Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm with additional hours as needed.
