Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • At a minimum, Associate’s degree in related field of study and 3 years’ Human Resources experience.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee teammate onboarding process including audit of pre-employment paperwork (I-9’s, E-verify, drug screens) as well as entry of all documentation for new employee setup into payroll system (HRIS).
  • Assist branches with all areas of human resource functions.
  • Provide recruitment support including position requisition process and Applicant Tracking System support.
  • Respond to questions from all levels of employees regarding company policy.
  • Follow-up on issues to resolve specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
  • Assist with communication/distribution of all pertinent HR information to US Southeast and Southcentral branches.
  • Assist with external and internal audits on HR/payroll data to assure data integrity.
  • Perform specific research/investigation into HR best practices as assigned.
  • Support wellness initiatives and other employee awareness/communications activities.
  • Assist with workers compensation reporting and case management and unemployment cases.
  • Assist with benefit administration.
  • Assist with employee relations and the planning of special projects and events.
  • Perform other related duties as required by supervisor.
