As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a key partner to employees and leaders across the organization while supporting a broad range of HR functions, including: Employee relations and performance management support Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding Benefits administration assistance HR policy guidance and compliance support Employee training coordination HRIS and employee record management Assisting managers with employee questions, coaching, and HR processes This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of Human Resources while making a meaningful impact on the employee experience.

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for project management, including planning and executing employee events and initiatives from idea to execution
  • Professionalism, discretion, and strong problem-solving abilities
