About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting Team Members and leaders across a designated region. In this role, you’ll partner closely with operational leadership to deliver exceptional HR support in areas including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and talent support. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management systems

Nice To Haves

  • CHRP, CHRL, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP designation considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Create job offers and coordinate background checks
  • Support onboarding and assist with training & development initiatives
  • Provide guidance to Team Members on HR matters including compensation, leaves, and benefits
  • Promote HR programs that foster an engaged, collaborative, and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management activities, including the bi-annual review process
  • Maintain accurate Team Member records and HR documentation
  • Enhance employee satisfaction through issue resolution, benefits support, and team-building initiatives
  • Build strong working relationships with Care Center Managers and Regional Managers
  • Support Team Member relations and conflict management processes
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment changes, and claims inquiries
  • Process and manage leave-of-absence and disability documentation
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations
  • Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed
