WoodmenLife is looking to hire an HR Generalist to join their team. In this role, the HR Generalist will partner with the Total Rewards team to support the administration and operations of WoodmenLife’s compensation and benefits programs. This position performs a broad range of compensation and benefits functions, ranging from day-to-day transactional support to more technical system administration tasks. The HR Generalist will serve as a resource for associates regarding benefits inquiries and support the effective delivery of Total Rewards programs across the organization.
