This role partners with plant leadership, employees, and union representatives to support workforce relations, staffing, employee engagement, policy administration, compliance, training, and HR programs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment, balancing employee advocacy with business needs, and helping ensure consistent application of labor agreements, company policies, and employment practices.
