About The Position

Premier Restoration Hawaii is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting the company's mission of restoring homes, businesses, and communities after damage. The HR Generalist will act as an HR partner, ensuring the business continues to operate smoothly. The position is dynamic, involving recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, leave administration, and general HR operations. Requirements

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Experience with recruiting and onboarding
• Experience administering leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, TDI, etc.)
• Experience handling employee relations matters and workplace investigations
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Experience supporting construction, restoration, field operations, or multi-site businesses

Responsibilities

• Recruiting top talent for positions across Premier Restoration Hawaii
• Coordinating onboarding and facilitating new hire orientation
• Managing employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, TDI, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work processes
• Conducting workplace investigations and supporting employee relations matters
• Providing day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees and managers
• Processing employee changes, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance
• Supporting benefits administration, audits, and HR projects
• Partnering with operational leaders to keep HR moving and employees supported
