Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field required.
• Professional demeanor
• Proficiency with MS Office products especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Houston-based

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple clients solving HR related issues.
• Work on projects such as handbooks, recruiting, job descriptions, and compensation.
• Handle an ever-expanding menu of HR related tasks, projects, and employee relations interventions and initiatives.
• Provide training and excellent customer service to clients.
• Contribute to a variety of Human Resources functions and projects related to clients and overall business.
