This role is responsible for ensuring compliance and accurate record management of personnel-related documents, including Form I-9, leave/attendance notifications, employee files, benefits, and workers' compensation files. The HR Generalist will collaborate with the HR management team to administer HR processes and projects related to benefits, new hire orientation, recruiting, and supporting company initiatives and HR strategy. This position will also represent the company in unemployment investigations and worker's compensation lawsuits or mediations, communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, and administer disciplinary actions. Additionally, the role involves working with HR management to standardize workflows, provide backup assistance to payroll and other HR functions, maintain HRMS information and reporting, and assist in coordinating monthly meetings to ensure communication across all shifts. A valid driver's license is required for business travel, and regular, predictable attendance is essential. Cooperation within teams is expected to carry out tasks and responsibilities.
