Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role will execute and maintain core HR Operations processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across all business lines. It will also lead and support HR projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, audits, and policy or procedure updates. The position involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing HR dashboards and metrics to support operational decision-making, facilitating HR training sessions, and supporting employee relations activities.
