About The Position

As the Temporary HR Generalist, you will maintain essential HR functions and provide leadership continuity during a scheduled leave of absence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and global compliance for our 60-person organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software (Gusto, is preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing HR functions remotely and working with international teams (Argentina/South America) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, with a particular focus on maintaining the candidate pipeline for global roles.
  • Facilitate phone screens, interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, timely hiring process.
  • Execute timely payroll processing and conduct regular audits of benefit enrollments to ensure correct coverage and data integrity.
  • Provide high-level guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and performance improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and maintain the integrity of all data within the HRIS.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external vendors, such as payroll providers, benefits administrators, and legal counsel.
