The HR Generalist – Operations & Compliance supports day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on onboarding compliance, employee documentation, unemployment coordination, and first-contact HR support. This role helps ensure employees move through required ABA, Medicaid, credentialing, and personnel file requirements accurately, consistently, and on time. This position works closely with recruiting, onboarding, operations, and the HR Director to maintain audit-ready HR records and support consistent HR processes across the organization.
