The HR Generalist is a key member of the HR team, responsible for managing full-cycle HR functions from recruiting through onboarding, retention, compliance, and employee lifecycle support, with particular emphasis on the healthcare environment. This role supports recruiting (including job fairs and community outreach), onboarding, benefits & payroll administration, student/extern coordination, licensure/tracking, HRIS management, reporting, audits, and employee engagement in a fast-paced primary care setting.
