About The Position

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance in various areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure that our company's policies and procedures are consistently implemented and followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS system
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
