About The Position

The HR Generalist will support full-cycle recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with onboarding, administer benefits, and provide support for employee relations and general HR administrative functions. This role also contributes to HR initiatives, coordinates training, ensures compliance with labor laws, and participates in HR team meetings. The position involves managing routine administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or HR administrative role.
  • Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and applicable labor laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and databases preferred.
  • Experience supporting HR functions in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Professional certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Administer employee benefits and address routine employee inquiries.
  • Provide support with employee relations and general HR administrative functions.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, including engagement programs and company events.
  • Coordinate training sessions and support employee development efforts.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Participate in HR team meetings and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Manage routine administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
