The Human Resources Generalist provides day-to-day HR support to employees and leadership within assigned business units and operational areas. This role assists with employee relations, onboarding, policy administration, compliance, leave coordination, investigations, performance management, and general HR operations. The HR Generalist serves as a key resource for employees and leaders while helping ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare and EMS environment.
