The Role We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist who will play a key role in building and strengthening our internal HR operations and workplace culture in our Hollywood, FL office. This is not a traditional “maintenance-only” HR role, but an opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and helping shape a growing organization from the ground up. This is a highly collaborative and primarily internal-facing role, and onsite presence is important as we continue building a strong team culture and workplace foundation. For the right candidate, this role also offers strong long-term growth potential into a more senior HR position as the company continues to scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field/experience
  • HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
  • Experience in overall HR operations and HR management
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and HR practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
  • Proactive, dependable, and committed
  • Comfortable working in a growing environment and possesses a long-term growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Develop and improve HR foundations and processes, including SOPs, policies, handbooks, internal procedures, and workflow optimization initiatives
  • Implement, oversee, and continuously improve HR policies and programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters and HR-related inquiries
  • Handle sensitive employee matters and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity
  • Support leadership in fostering a positive, professional, and culture-driven workplace environment
