This position is responsible for performing HR administrative duties in supporting overall business objectives within a manufacturing environment. The HR Generalist will drive the overall recruiting and onboarding process for production employees including temporary staffing, assist with employee benefits including supporting the company Time and Attendance/Payroll System and HRI Systems. Additional tasks include assisting in the planning and execution of employee events and activities. This position will support policies, procedures and HR programs, align with organizational goals, and ensure compliance with company standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.
