Working in a challenging, high volume, fast-paced environment, the HR Generalist Student will work closely with the HR Business Advisors (HRBA’s), HR Analysts and Business Units to provide support to the Client Services team. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in your 3rd or 4th year of a degree or diploma program in Human Resources
  • Respect for confidentiality and discretion
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Energetic, positive attitude and optimistic outlook
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and proficient proofreading skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Create and process complete and accurate Assignment Change Form (ACF) packages, including resignations, transfers, progressions, leaves of absence, general employee changes etc.
  • Create and complete routine HR forms and letters
  • Complete people and position data audits within HR Central
  • Coordinate and complete projects on behalf of the HRBA’s/department
  • Assist in the roll out of HR Company initiatives
  • Complete ad-hoc reporting as required
