About The Position

CCRES is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Generalist - Recruiter to join their team. This role performs recruitment and other human resource related duties at a professional level, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, staffing management, and employee and partner relations. The ideal candidate will possess a lively spirit, exceptional organization, keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Requirements

At least 1 year of related recruitment experience
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Strong organizational approach with attention to detail
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement

Responsibilities

Recruit job applicants to fill hourly, classified, professional, and technical job openings
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Review resumes/applications and interviews candidates for all open positions
Take responsibility for matching staff with existing client needs
Maintain a database to track applicants and the placement of staff on cases
Attend college and community job fairs to fill recruitment pipeline
Perform educational credentialing to verify the veracity of application materials
Conduct new hire sign-in to orient new staff to organizational policy and procedure
Maintain employee recognition programs
Collect and analyzes hiring data to ensure compliance with employment laws
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
