Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR or related support role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience in all of the following: supporting recruitment coordination, payroll, onboarding, offboarding.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and office productivity tools.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively using Asana
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail in document preparation and follow-up tasks
  • Customer service-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new software tools
  • Must be motivated with an “Everything is possible” attitude
  • Team player, problem solver, and adaptable

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support across departments, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
  • Supports benefits administration, including open enrollment, new hire enrollment, and employee questions, in partnership with our PEO.
  • Coordinate with the payroll administrator to ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll processing through our global payroll system.
  • Assist with the semi-annual performance review and compensation cycle, including market data collection and tracking.
  • Supports staff meetings, employee engagement initiatives, and staff appreciation efforts.
  • Maintain employee records with confidentiality.
  • Provide on-site involvement at events, including local events in the area.
  • Support HR strategic projects with external HR Advisory Firm.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing and sending offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure all steps of the new hire process are completed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding tasks, ensuring proper closure of system access and documentation.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
  • Oversee and continuously enhance the onboarding experience to set new hires up for long-term success.
  • Ensure all steps of the established new hire onboarding process are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support regularly assigned audits of new hire data and access to ensure employees are properly set up in company systems and distribution lists.
  • Support offboarding processes by sending exit surveys and conducting exit interviews.

  • Coordinate assets and materials for HR-related communications and resources.
  • Schedule and coordinate department meetings, take notes with Copilot.
  • Audit and organize all employee life-cycle HR files.
  • Support employee lifecycle functions such as, but not limited to; off-boarding process, compliance training tracking/auditing and Leave of Absence compliance, etc.
  • Liaise between HR and IT for all employee changes.
  • Support training sessions with preparation of presentation materials, and logistics coordination.
  • In-office HR representative when other team members are OOO or working on-site.
  • Open company mail and ensure mail is routed to appropriate executives.
  • Manage coworkingspace.
  • Provide on-site support for HR and office-related needs during events and daily operations.
  • Other special projects and tasks as assigned as needed.
