The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager (HRM) with the administration of Human Resource policies and procedures to ensure Company is in compliance with employee policies and procedures, including EMCOR’s company policies, as well as Federal, State and local requirements. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks while assisting the HRM in duties and responsibilities as assigned. This job requires a high energy level with a focus towards administration, compliance, analysis, and customer service.
