Job Summary Serve as a trusted Human Resources partner by independently managing and executing HR programs and initiatives across employee relations, investigations, recruitment, reporting and analytics, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, driven, and proactive professional who can effectively manage complex employee matters, conduct thorough investigations, identify root causes, special projects, and develop practical solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and have the ability to translate large amounts of data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. This individual is comfortable operating in the details of day-to-day HR operations while maintaining a broader organizational perspective to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic business objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications, and/or meetings. Location This role will be based on-site at our Bryan Dairy - St. Petersburg, FL manufacturing facility. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant HRG experience within a manufacturing (or similar) environment
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Read and understand visual aid.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct complex employee relations investigations involving policy violations, performance concerns, workplace conflicts, harassment, discrimination, and other sensitive employment matters.
  • Gather and analyze facts, interview relevant parties, assess risk, and prepare comprehensive investigation findings and recommendations.
  • Identify root causes and emerging trends through employee relations cases and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate risk and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with leaders to address challenging employee situations with sound judgment, objectivity, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential documentation related to investigations, corrective actions, and employee relations matters.
  • Interprets and complies with all state and federal laws.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support business and HR decision-making.
  • Interpret data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights related to turnover, retention, engagement, staffing, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations based on workforce analytics.
  • Utilize reporting tools and HRIS systems to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Participates in team projects that address strategic initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and driving successful outcomes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, evaluate impacts, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Track project progress, analyze results, and communicate updates and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Interview internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job vacancies as instructed by HRM.
  • Communicate and interpret all benefit changes and policies.
  • Educate employees about their benefits and coordinates open enrollment periods.
  • Research and resolve employee benefit problems and questions.
  • Act as a strategic business partner by identifying workforce challenges, assessing organizational needs, and developing data-driven solutions.
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities within assigned client groups and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to connect day-to-day HR activities to broader business objectives and organizational strategy.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and/or exit interviews, as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
