This role designs, implements, and monitors various human resource programs. It involves anticipating and planning for long-term HR needs and trends in partnership with business management. Responsibilities fall within the Human Resources Function, acting as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. The position involves building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers, performing a range of assignments, using prescribed guidelines, and receiving a moderate level of guidance and judgment.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies.
  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, which may include recruiting and staffing, administration of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, employee or labor relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance.
  • Completes personnel transactions and maintains associated records.
  • Collects and analyzes internal and external information in order to compare the organization’s HR practices to those prevailing in the market.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.
